  I placed a mobile order and sat in the drive thru long enough for the driver of the truck in front of me to zone out, fall asleep or whatever and roll back into me. Long story short police where called and showed up BEFORE my order was ready, which was also missing my nacho fries.

  HORRIBLE PLACE! It’s supposed to be fast food for a reason. Don’t come here unless you at least have an hour or free time on your hands.

  I'm a little confused about service after 10pm. Recent visits have long waiting periods in the drive-thru. After spending a solid half hour waiting in line. I was told that on-line orders are made at the same time as drive thru orders. So the front door is locked and Doordash folks are sitting in line in front and behind me? No one is going thru the front door. What? But their craps made before mine? I see four bags/orders sitting in the pickup shelf. ( Why would I order on-line after 10pm just to hold everyone else up and pickup food that's been sitting forever?)

  Ordered from the Taco Bell app. We were missing one crunchy taco in each box. When we called the guy “Alexis” laughed at us when we called to complain and told us to call door dash. But door dash didn’t forget one item per box. Called back and asked to speak to the shift manager who was no help either. I get they can’t deliver the missing items, but our concerns should not have been met with no concern and laughter.

  The phrase "the mice will play when the cat is away" sums up this location perfectly! CORPORATE, STEP IN! This franchisee CLEARLY doesn't care. When 1star reviews are the second most reviews, that's a problem. A REALLY big problem. Here was my experience tonight: I got a doordash order for this location. After I arrived I immediately received another one. Based on the timing I should have picked up BOTH orders by 10:13p. I watched the 2 on drive thru laughing it up and not providing ANY help to the kitchen, just focusing on playing around and their drive thru customers who got their food promptly. My orders were ignored until the entire drive thru was cleared. The kitchen was pumping out one item at a time! Not multi-tasking, no communication for help. The drive thru 2 didn't even help with the nacho fries which sat under the warmer the entire time I was there... Not fresh made for this order. The lack of urgency for their delivery customers is appalling! The bs'ing around was inexcusable... And the state of that kitchen floor. One of the drive thru twins could have at least swept that up in the 20+ minutes I waited for these orders.
