- MWMarcy WelchApr 3, 20261.0Ordered in app for 6:05 pickup. Arrived at 6:14 and order was not in the pickup area. App stated order was ready. Waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Employee states they hadn’t started it, because they prioritize walk in/drive thru orders over the app. Once someone started my order they said they had 1 footlong, and 2 6in. I had ordered 2 footlongs and 1 6in. Had to show my app and then he realized he read it wrong. Didn’t get my food until 6:30pm. Would have been faster to walk in. What’s the point of the app?

And to top it off, I placed an online order and he had it promptly ready for me at the time I was scheduled to pick it up 10/10 service.
