  So this happened a few minutes ago today I'm writing this after having left but there is a employee this lady with grayish hair who wears a blue t-shirt she's an employee at this McDonald's and she is extremely rude every single time I'm in there and when she brought my food to me she forgot the cup and I told her what about my cup and she's like you can get it yourself and then left I really think she's wrong for that and she should have gotten herself because she was leaving the kitchen to come to me and pass by the Cubs on our way she should have grabbed it herself instead she didn't and she was rude and unprofessional and I want someone to talk to her about it!!!!! That lady has no business working there she's going to be like that and she needs to learn some respect I absolutely hate her and I have no desire to come to this McDonald's ever again now because of her and a few other employees that have been rude to me the service sucks the food is good I don't appreciate the disrespect and especially want this lady to be talked to!!! 👎👎👎👎😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  Long wait, food was cold, employees need more training and to realize they are working and not out hanging with friends

  We generally stop at this McDonalds when we're in town. The time before we had great fries. This time we recieved a mystery soda and some substandard fries. The 20 piece chicken nuggets had 10 pieces. A call to complain resulted in being hung up on, thinking this a fluke, called a second time and was hung up on again. Everyone needs to check that thier orders are right before keaving.

  Ordered on the app, arrived before the shift to breakfast. Told they would not nake the food as they were switching over, and would not refund the order for up too 24 hours. They then refused to discuss it or offer to let me get breakfast with the money I had paid. Took my money and gave me no food. That's straight up theft and wrong.
