  We waited in the drive thru line for almost half an hour beginning to end. If it weren't for the fact that we were blocked in, we would have left instead of putting up with it. This location has always been a little like that - slow and dingy - but this time it was unreal. The general vibe I got from the other customers a that they were pissed off. Nobody coming out of the store looked happy or even satisfied. I hope the management can correct the deficiencies by staffing the place and training the employees in the first place. Very disappointing visit.

  This store offers poor service because of its employees. They don't give out all the food that's purchased. It's a given that you pay at the machine, so they either don't give you the food or they keep it for themselves. They need to improve that.

  Drive thru takes insanely long, service inside is terrible. Everyone who works here is very miserable. Maybe the owners should consider increasing the benefits and pay.

  If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and a discovery box and I didnt get my crunch wrap or the steak and cheese burrito that comes with the discovery box. The gentleman working had super foul language and continued to touch his hat and face with gloved hands and continued making food with ought changing gloves and was not wearing a beard net and he has a super long dark peppered beard. Verry verry disappointed.

  Probably the worst Taco Bell in the state. Nearly every employee here is a 'see you next tuesday'. God forbid you need help at the front counter (pay cash, kiosk not working, delivery driver, etc.) You're met with an RBF and "what do you want" if you ever need anything from an employee. Constantly missing items, always a long wait, employees verbally fighting and yelling across the drive/lobby food prep line. Most employees also need food safety re-training. They are constantly touching their hats, hair, pulling up their pants, and using their phones, with gloves on - and go right back to prepping food without changing them. I also reported this to Lane County Health. Do yourself a favor, drive a little longer to the Taco Bell on Gateway. Friendliest staff ever and quick prep time.
