  Currently in a bay waiting for a bag of ice for 20 mins. This is ridiculous Update: it took 27 mins to get a single bag of ice. Multiple guests who arrived after us were able to get full food orders before we got a bag of ice.... There's a problem there.

  bathroom was wild bruh couldnt even get the sink to work sonic you needa get ur employees to actually work gng 😭🥀 sludge on the toilet is wild yo. strawberry sundaes are lowkenuinely fire tho 🔥

  So you say its the banks fault that I can't get my correct chage but in reality its your fault. If I was short you wouldn't give me my food unless I paid the correct amount. Your stealing from you customers. Fix your prices dont steal from your customers.

  My shake had a gaping crater in it for some reason it was like something had like suctioned a whole cavity of my shake out of it before it was handed to me as you can see in the picture and then my daughter's chocolate shake had the saddest excuse for whipped cream on it. What's the woman that took our order was extremely rude and very short with us acting as if we worked here in New the menu for like the back of our hand and was just pretty impatient with us and kind of sounded like she was almost irritated for having to have taken our order

  I ordered a junior burger with mayo, pickles, onion & tomato. No cheese! They had to make it 3 time in order to get it right. First 2x they put cheese in it. Also ordered an American Hot Dog with mustard, relish & onions. Can’t even tell you how long that took to get it right! I didn’t even mention the fries were cold!! I was charge $18.00 for this and wasted 30 minutes. Won’t be going back to this place!!! I really liked Sonic!!
