I get it was a busy night. My problem is when the driver came up, I asked specifically if they were in here and he said " yes they are in one of those boxes" so I didn't check and let him be on his way.. They in fact were not in one of the boxes.. They always forget something..It drives me nuts especially since I always tip good..

I can feed a family of 4, for less than $20. The staff is always very friendly, welcoming me when I come in and thanking me asI leave.

I called today and was doing my best to be nice and explain to them what they did to me and luckily the manager was the one that took my order so I was explaining to her how she misunderstood what I was telling her and she was just very rude and not willing to agree so the manager had the nerve to hang up in my face forcing me to call back to make to sure I would be getting a refund and then her coworker was very defensive and rude I asked her multiple times if she could make sure that my refund is done being sent to me and she was just being rude and saying well she's doing it like dealing with a hole bunch of kids in Pizza Hut uniform Very unfortunate to have had to deal with that after they messed my order up Definitely needs new management
