Our order was not ready until 1125 and that was after talking to the manager. No apologies for being behind and a snippy young lady that said we had a huge order and should have ordered through catering. We ordered 3 pick 2 sandwich and salads. The sandwiches were ready long before the salads and by the time we got our order they were like warm. At least this time they actually got the order correct

That would probably be okay most of the time but today they were out of one of the bagels for our sandwiches. Rather than ask if we wanted a substitute, they just pushed our order back until the bagel was ready. That meant the other two sandwiches were cold and unappetizing. The sausage was lukewarm. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for three mediocre breakfast sandwiches. We got a half-hearted "sorry" mumbled out of the kitchen area. I would not recommend this location.

We waited over an hour for our food even though it wasn’t that busy. I also noticed an electric fireplace with exposed wires, which made me nervous since I was letting my two year old walk around he could’ve easily grabbed them. The bathroom sinks were also kind of dirty. Hopefully, this was just an off day, because I normally really enjoy coming here.
