Went in with my husband and kid yesterday for lunch. Clearly ordered my food with a large extra fry. Left a $6 tip before waiting for my food. They left out a large fry I clearly asked for and I offered to buy another for myself. The guy was rude and questioned me asking for a large fry then the employees decided to snicker back and forth and act like I didn’t deserve good customer service. I waited for my large fry as I watch my family eating from a distance. I got served soggy uncooked fries loaded with salt. As I went back to ask for good fries they didn’t even say sorry just snickered again. As I was waiting for fries first in line I watched as the first batch of fries came out and they served them to the ones behind me in line. I asked why I didn’t get served they said they needed a special pan for my fries but I wondered why they didn’t have that pan ready when they knew I needed less salted fries and to be cooked fully. Leaving me to standing waiting for fries for my dinner while my family I let them eat theirs so it wouldn’t go cold while I waited, but I sure did eat a cold burger after my wait. Not to nice not even a I’m sorry or sympathetic to what I just experienced for my $46 lunch out at a burger joint. I love the one on gateway never had a issue. I won’t be back to this one for sure.

I came in Monday afternoon and the atmosphere was super upbeat and welcoming, the young man at the register knew his stuff and and the young man on the grill was getting down to some tunes, had an employee running around cleaning up and stuff, was just a really welcoming environment! Definitely coming back here again
