We followed the email and app instructions that say to go inside to the shelf for pickups, but both main doors were closed and locked, and the staff inside ignored us. Had to knock on the glass to get anyone to notice us, then had to go to a side door to be handed our food upside down. Once home we realized not only was the food cold, messy and partially open, but an item we paid extra for was missing. There's no way to get it replaced since the doors are locked and the place basically closed with no one to talk to. Don't recommend to this location - use another one in town.
