While ours was done and waiting?? No one knew what was going on. We ordered ONE burrito bowl for my daughter as the other 2 of us were not hungry. 45 minutes later my kid started the first of multiple barfing episodes. No one else is sick, no one else ate that burrito bowl. The name should be HOT MESS MEXICAN GRILL.

I attempted to get a refund from chipotle & that process is disgraceful. Expecting a customer to put their debit card information into an AI server is asinine. I have eaten at Chipotle for YEARS & honestly this did it for me. Very disappointing.
