  My Server was Jane. Probably the worst service. I have been served by her more than once now. When I saw she was my server again tonight I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she didn’t speak to me whatsoever. Another waitress had to bring us our food after 30 minutes of waiting, not even busy btw. Point being, if I see her as my waitress again I’m probably walking right out.

  Usually I have a good time at buffalo, food is good enough with the atmosphere it can bring but my most recent visit was horrible. Sofia is simply the worst waiter I’ve ever had before, she wasn’t there more then half the time we were there. She asked if we wanted to order more food, we get our menus and she disappeared for an hour. Only 1 person was able to order food and she only got 1 refill in a 2 and half hour span. After waiting an hour just to order food we decided to just leave. She wasn’t around to get the check so we asked another waiter. Conveniently when it was her time to get her tip she came back. We checked our receipt and she also over charged us 5$ so after the worst service ever we decided not to tip and she did her job beyond horribly and overcharged us. After we leave she runs out chasing us saying we stole her pen and said if we can’t tip don’t come back. I’m surprised she still has her job with the horrible attitude and accusing people of stealing is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable

  So salty and ugh!! All your commercials and you suck that bad. Had to send food back and the next order wasn't much better. $11 for a house glass of wine. No prices on the menu for that or I wouldn't have ordered 3. We were there for awhile to watch the game. Who's would have thought $11 for house wine.

  The staff at this Buffalo Wild Wings is great. Every BWW is different but the crew here is what a college town deserves to have. The food was good, and the games we came to see were on the TV. The drinks from the bar took a bit, but I expected that because it was slammed. I was happy they treated me so nicely in such a busy place and held it together. Food was awesome and my group walked out happy and satisfied.

  Went to watch the Oregon game in bar area. Food and drinks were good. The waitress was very RUDE. It was like she didn't want us there. We left early and went somewhere else. We had always loved BWW. But it has changed. They lost our business we won't ever go back.
