It wasn’t constructive, it wasn’t professional, and it definitely wasn’t the way any employee should be treated at work. It was uncomfortable to watch and honestly changed the whole atmosphere of the store. No one should be spoken to like that, especially in front of an audience. I really hope the people who own the store take a closer look at who they have running the place, because people like this woman ruin the store’s and other employees’ reputations as a whole. The other employees I’ve encountered at this store have been polite and hard working, the person she was speaking to included. I also called and reported the incident to the store, and I really hope that she reflects on the way she treats people.
