Recognizing this fact your coffee slingers gave me a hand, a shoulder & my favorite coffee with a note! Dutch employs a wide range of people with one thing in common. It’s their hearts, thank you for always being there for us!
- JFJessica FackrellMar 9, 20261.0Went here and ordered 5 large drinks. Two of the drinks were made wrong, went back to get the two drinks remade. Told the barista what happened and she said no problem I’ll make them again, then she came back and said she needed to check with the manager. Up pops this manager looking at me as if I’m trying to cheat her out of two drinks. I let her know what happened. She asked if I could show her the drinks and I responded that they were at home but just replacing one for my child was fine I would go without one. She said ‘okay, I got you for one’. She must not have told the original barista, cause she went ahead and made two. The two drinks were finished. The manager walked over, took one of the drinks and dumped it in the sink and brought the other one to the window, smiled at me and said,’have a good day’. I don’t know what her problem was, other than someone must have spit in her coffee this morning. She must have gotten more of a thrill by throwing it in the sink then working on her customer service.
- BPB PFeb 26, 20265.0I had a large order and I don’t like using the app as I really don’t know what I’m doing so I drove up and told the guy I have a larger order and handed him my paper and he had me pull over and would bring my order to me. Easy peasy. He, also, Gave me a bunch of stickers. Not sure why people go crazy over the stickers but they were a hit! Excellent Customer Service and Thank You. I like this location because it’s not as busy as the one down the street!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
