- EBEmily Baker4 days ago1.0Honestly this is the worst dutch bros in the Eugene Springfield area. The staff is always short. Service is slow. And they never have runners for preordered drinks.
- KKKaleApr 8, 20261.0I saw smoking blowing out of the walk up window where you order. The smoke blew right out and blew across a customers cars hood. Might want to check your blind spots and add another camera. I cannot believe it saw that. I believe your employees are vaping inside while working. As someone who smokes, I know what I saw. Ive also noticed that every Dutch Bros locations ive been too is really just kids running a coffee stand. They dont make good drinks, they dont make them right. And they ask for tips every time. And if you dont tip them they act like the kids that they are and waste my time and money. Maybe start hiring people who have matured. Its kind of weird only young people work at Dutch Bros. Why are we focusing on this age group?

- SCSamantha CortesMar 4, 20261.0Hello Dutch bros, your service is always great here. Until this morning on my way to work I passed by to get a medium palm beach rebel (blended). Line wasn’t crazy long and wait time was decent. I got my drink and it was great until I made it to work and I grabbed my drink and it was all wet. Shrugged it off because the cup is never clean always STICKY! On my way inside the cup started leaking more all over my bag and hand. Make sure your cups aren’t broken! I had some of my drink spill all over and half of it had to be thrown out because the cup was broken. In the end ended up with a size “small” moving it into a different cup.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
