Walked in today and the first 4 items I needed from the produce dept were completely out. I literally walked out of the store and will just shop at King City from now on. When products are in stock, they are usually thrashed through and very little on the shelves. This has been a problem for at least the last few months.

- JNJessy NguyenNov 27, 20251.0Picked up online order this morning. Unfortunately they provided me the wrong medicine products (one is no DHA and another has DHA) and I forgot to check. When I checked again, I noticed the products were different so I came in to the store to check with the customer service about those two. The problem was they thought I received one product and I came to the store to pick the right one so they said they would let me return the wrong one and asked me to keep another (because these products have the same price.) However, it was their fault that they gave me two different things and thought I was doing wrong. There was a lady told me (I think she was a supervisor) that she always checked the order in detail before providing me the order...HOWEVER, SHE WAS NOT because these two products were DIFFERENT before they had been sent to me. I don't like how she looked at me and thought I was wrong even though it was their fault. There was no apology! I don't know if I should come here again Note: It was frustrating that I didn't check every products I received before the staff finished sending me the orders. If I knew this happened, I would tell them right away and not come to see the customer service. 🙄 And also if the staff lady saw this review, I just wanted to let you know that before you gave a customer an attitude, please please make sure to check the online order and the RIGHT NAME of the product carefully before handing to them. Because you could prepare wrong order accidentally. Thank you for reading this!

I was in the store for an hour and they just walk around clicking the Pokemon vending machine over and over again and buy cards while on the clock. I notified Pokemon center customer service to notify them what is going on and they said they will be putting in an internal investigation since that’s against their contract with safeway.
