My wife and I had an issue with the pharmacy. I called in and the younger guy that answered the phone would not give me the store director's name and told me to check my receipt at the top. This was highly unprofessional. He also wouldn't give me his name. Do you not record your calls? I went in a week later to talk to the store director and he never apologized to me and tried to turn it on me stating "I'm not feeling safe and you're intimidating me." I did not raise my voice, threaten him, or step up to the counter in order to make him feel threatened. Then Tonya M got involved in the conversation which was between him and I. She refused to give me her name or her position. She hid her name tag. I went shopping today and was able to see her tag. She was so incredibly rude in the conversation. Also to rub salt in the wound she gave me a sarcastic "have a nice day!" I turned around and said excuse me? She doubled down on the sarcasm and the store director said nothing. There is no accountability at that store. People like Tonya M. think they do and say whatever want. And don't ask me to send an email, because I did that, and spoke to them, expressed my concerns, and no one bothered to call me back. I did ask for a follow up call. It's obvious that your company no longer values customer satisfaction. Whole Foods and New Seasons may be worth the extra money, because their employees actually care in their stores.
