  Do not waste your time! Last three time we have ordered it’s taken over two hours!! This is absolutely ridiculous.

  Went to pick up some pizza and chicken on new years eve. I completely understand it being busy, but when I walked in there were 7 people working and a gentleman was taking an oder from a customer and once done walked away to take a delivery. No worries I knew it was busy, I waited almost 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Again I get it its busy especially today no worries, get home with the pizza it was luke warm ended up putting it in the microwave to warm back up and took one bite of the chicken very rubbery. Ended up tossing that in the trash. Not complaining but could've been a much better experience.

  This place has gone completely down hill over the past year. This time was the last straw. I ordered a pizza ahead to picked up at certain time. I came in about 15 mins after my pick up time and there was no pizza to be found. They were about 50 orders deep and didn't even have mine in que. They said that it just got missed. Nobody had any idea how to rectify the situation, and just kept telling me what happened not what they planned to do to make it better. I asked for a refund since they weren't even offering to rush make one. And asked if I could get a voucher to get a pizza at a later time for the hassle of coming in and now having to figure something else out for dinner. They gave me a refund and said there wasn't anything else they were able to do. Needless to say I'm done giving this place my business.
