  I have had poor experiences at qsr before and at this location. You kind of expect it. But I have never had an experience like last night. Put order in via app. Drive to the window. Wait behind two other cars for 15 minutes. Window is open so assume they are in the back and will come up and bring me my food as it was the last order of the night. Waiting, waiting. Team member comes up closes the window, puts the lock bar down, closes out her till. Never said a word to me. Wait another 10 minutes and then knock on the window. Ask for manager. Same lady as before comes up and tells me they are closed. I show her my order that was placed and accepted before they closed and note I was waiting behind the other cars who were served their food. All she says is I don’t see an order and you were on your phone when I came up before. Yes I was scrolling on my phone waiting to be served. But never did anyone come to the window and ask how I could be helped. She stares at me. I ask for napkins to wipe by inside down as it was wet from the rain. She hands me a pile. I leave. I am using all my points today and will never go back to any McDonalds. They don’t care about customer service and their prices have risen faster than the average qsr. Support local.

  Quarter pounder with cheese wasn’t cooked all the way and extremely pink in the middle. I had to throw out the burger when I got home. I also wouldn’t accept coupons that we received in the mail for a free kids, hamburgers, apples, and juice. fries were soggy, and my kids, which usually love hamburgers wouldn’t even eat the whole thing. They said it didn’t taste very good. not going back to this McDonald’s.
