  I came into the store today at about 5:40-6:10pm to order a few pizzas . The young lady who helped me was a blonde employee with her hair pulled back into a tight bun. I’m sorry to say the interaction was not very pleasant. When I walked in, I was not greeted, and she seemed rather short and uninterested in helping me. I’ve been a customer for quite some time, and I always appreciate friendly service when visiting. This experience felt uncomfortable and somewhat discouraging. I hope staff can be reminded how much a simple greeting and a bit of kindness means to customers.

  I came into the store yesterday sometime after 4:30pm to order food, though I’m not certain of the exact time. During my visit, I was assisted by a semi-tall blonde employee with a slicked-back bun who was extremely dismissive and rude. She did not greet me when I entered and her overall attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. I’m honestly very disappointed with this experience. Customer service is important, and interactions like this reflect poorly on the store. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it’s concerning to see this level of service from newly hired staff.

  That was the worst pizza I have ever had! It tasted and looked like cardboard. I will never eat there again. When I called and talked to the manager to see if they could remake it, he was not knowledgeable in what he could do to satisfy a customer and when they did remake the pizza after talking to him for 10 minutes, it was still horrible
