I have otherwise had fine experiences here, it’s in my opinion, just like any other Taco Bell. But I’m posting this in case anybody else has had this experience. I ordered the food the evening of 1/21 and got the Crunchwrap supreme meal and nachos. Hopefully I’m the only one, obviously I’m going to be taking a break from Taco Bell for a couple years.

I've had to wait over 30 minutes for an order I've seen other customers standing around in the lobby not being helped. I even saw one couple leave after about 15 minutes, nobody even greeted them or acknowledge they were standing at the counter Update: There is a huge difference between the daytime crew and the evening crew. I will say I have had generally good exp during the day. I wont cone here in the evening.
