Placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru, once we arrived we were parked out front and waited for over 15 minutes while another parked car was served and at least 10 other cars were served. When we went in to ask where our food was, we were told they were just making it. I asked to speak to a manager who refunded our purchase but then told us to maybe not come in on a busy day if we wanted to get our food in a timely fashion.
This is a totaly unacceptable response from a manager, to blame their slowness or the lost order on us choosing to come to their restaurant on a "busy day".
Will not be returning to this location.

Today is the last time. The kids play place is absolutely disgusting. When you walk in you are immediately greeted by the overwhelming smell- sort of like hard boiled eggs. Food splattered on chairs, walls, the floor. No one wipes tables down, never a clean place to sit. The floor is covered in crumbs, fries, poorly cleaned up spills and sticky spots. It’s been getting bad over time but today we walked in, looked around (couldn’t find a clean table despite 8 or so being empty), turned around and left. Either keep the place clean or take it out. This is unhygienic, and just plain gross. It does make me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Food doesn't taste like fresh food, not stale just processed or lab created. Service, no one there says "thank you to their customers". Can't comment on Atmosphere, just use the drive through.

The last 3 times I’ve came in and order food in the lobby it has took them 15-30 minutes for my order. Would highly recommend to anyone to not order in the lobby and just go trough there drive trough. They are too focused on the the order time for drive trough
