    uh WOW. i dunno how many times I'll have my orders messed up, but I am done with in person orders. i didn't catch her name, but that older lady they have working is rude as HELL! i am always patient but she talks in such an unfriendly manner. be prepared to get greeted with "what do you want." this time I asked her to do a split pay process for my order, and all she had to do was get my app code that I held up for her on my phone. she SIGHED and got frustrated and canceled my order. when she tried it again, she got it wrong and told her coworker I was complaining about my points. (i wanted to redeem my app deals. how hard is it to do your job and scan the app?? not hard at all!) after I explained why my order wasn't right, another worker told me that I couldn't claim a free item. i don't expect free food, but when I have the order loaded up on my app and all you had to do was scan my code and select split payment, I DO expect you to not make me feel bad because you messed up. to send me away with an "it's okay, we'll get it next time" after not giving me half my order is super frustrating!!! the crew always messes up orders, but that older lady specifically is incredibly rude and has been the one to give me less food than I paid for my last three visits. i won't even say I have bad luck, she's bad at her job. i wish I spoke up for myself this time, but I didn't want to make a big deal in store over missing fries and a frosty. that leaves me to finally drop a review. Wendy's, please hire more competent workers. surely there's better people to put behind that counter.
