  This location without fail has never given us everything we’ve paid for. Every couple months my family will get Taco Bell, and every time we go here they leave out multiple parts of our order. The food is fine, it’s Taco Bell after all. But I would never recommend getting food via the drive through here, and if you do, check that you got everything you ordered before leaving the parking lot.

  To the lady or manager who was working on 03/30/2026 at 2:35pm. You honestly need to learn what professionalism is. How you speak to anyone who calls the store is incredibly rude and out of line in tone. You did not ask any questions as to why my call was of importance and just rudely/ blatantly disregarded me. I hope you learn and quickly as if someone else had a life or death emergency you should be fired.

  I want to give a big shout out to Aaron. He was great with the customers and dedicated to keeping the dining area clean. He was attentive and flat out is a customer service rock star. We need more of you Aaron! Great asset to your business.

  This is the worst tacobell in the entirety of Salem. Food consistently tastes old and nearly every order is messed up. Was served 2 cheese roll ups filled to the brim with meat. Not sure how smart you have to be to mess that up considering the name of the menu item. Go to literally any other location

  Ordered 5 crunchy tacos. Waited in drive thru about 20 minutes. Opened the bag and this is what I got. The 5th, not pictured, was the same thing. All five tacos had also stuck to the paper. For the price and getting these, I'll drive to Lancaster and go to Del Taco.
