  I’m not the type to write a review at all but the experience me and my boyfriend had today was so rude. We walk by the subway and we see that they have a sign up that says “be back in 5 minutes” so we decide to wait. We were standing over by the area where you start your order and this 20 something girl comes out. Again, there was a sign up and what looked like there to be nobody there. She said, “Are you guys looking to order? Next time stand by where I could see because I didn’t see you waiting” and she said it with a really nasty attitude. We ended up walking away because I’m not about to deal with that. I honestly cannot even imagine the kind of person you have to be to act like that and although it might sound like not a big deal, there is absolutely no reason to do all that. I work in food service as well so I understand how things can get stressful but it was empty in there so she had no reason to be projecting any of her outside feelings onto us. I seriously hope that girl gets her act together and watches her attitude because being rude is going to get her no where.

  Ordered through app and the sandwich was not made how I ordered it. Wrong cheese and did not add the spinach and pickles as I requested. Very disappointed here eating a bland sandwich. :(
