  Usually, they do a decent job following my order details, but too often do they not make my order the way I ordered it. Also, I have been told twice they would "credit" my account for the difference and the first time they didn't. I'd be willing to bet money they won't do it this time either. I'm over it. So many other places out pizza this place. Get something else. Edit, the next day: My account was not credited.

  I placed a delivery order directly through the Pizza Hut website, expecting a standard in-house delivery experience. However, when the driver arrived, he informed me that he did not have enough change. I only needed $5 in change, which is well within what a delivery driver should reasonably carry especially since Pizza Hut’s own policy indicates drivers should have at least $20 in change available. This situation put me in an uncomfortable position where I felt pressured to either overpay or forgo my order entirely. As a result, I was unable to complete the transaction and did not receive my food. Concerned, I called the store to report the issue. The manager I spoke with, who identified himself as “Stacey,” was dismissive and unprofessional. He claimed that the order may have been outsourced to a third-party delivery service due to high volume and insisted that the issue was not Pizza Hut’s responsibility. He further stated that third-party drivers may not carry cash or provide change. What was most disappointing was not just the situation itself, but how it was handled. There was no prior communication that my order might be fulfilled by a third-party service, despite ordering directly through Pizza Hut’s website. Additionally, the manager showed no willingness to acknowledge the inconvenience or take accountability. When I expressed my concerns and asked about filing a complaint, he became increasingly condescending and ultimately ended the call abruptly. This experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Clear communication, basic preparedness (such as carrying change), and respectful customer service are reasonable expectations. Based on this experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering delivery from this location. If you value transparency and respectful service, you may want to consider other options. I have documentation of my interaction with the manager should further clarification be needed.

  Staff, food, dining area was all amazing! Atmosphere only gets 4 stars because the bathroom was a bit of a wreck. Recommend and would definitely be back! 😁
