  The manager Erin is great! Had an online mobile order issue and it was already past the cutoff for breakfast when I went to pickup. She made it right and I was so grateful because I was dealing with sick kiddos. Thank you we will be back!

  The fries were fresh and hot but the girl that took my order the fake eyelashes and the fake jewels on her pants. Had the worst attitude I've had at a fast food place. Maybe ever. Just flat rude! I never leave a bad review but like damn! If I ever see that girl at the counter again I'm leaving. I mean yeah maybe her dog or her grandma died today but she should have stayed home then if she has to treat people as shitty as she treated me. With the prices of this fast food nowadays, I would expect at least a fake smile when you make that much per hour! I mean she even went as far to tell me she would rather people use the kiosk so she didn't have to help me. I guess this is what the world is coming to...

  Doordashed here between 1:20-2am on 4/4. I was in the drive thru for about 35-45 minutes. When I got to the window, the lady asked who I’m there for, looked at the bags for online or DD and walked away. A team member asked me who I was there for and gave me the bag she walked passed. Do not go to this McDonald’s in the late/ super early morning. They will take over 30 minutes just to get to the window.

  Dont go to this location between 11pm and 4am, you will NOT get the correct food, you will NOT get fast service, they do NOT care about your frustrations. The last 4 times I've come to this McDonalds around 12:45a on my lunch break, Ive gotten 1/4 orders correct and under 10mins of waiting. The most recent interaction is the nail in the coffin. I wait at the window for my turn and they helped a family of 5 with a $50 order who pulled up after me, and when i get to the window, they confirmed with my what my order was, a sandwhich with no mayo. I didnt have time to check in line or i wouldve been late coming back from lunch, and when i got to eat my sandwhich back at work, its completely wrong and has mayo on it. I have gone through multiple working shifts without eating on my lunch because somehow these workers manage to screw up a order of ONE item. The staffing here at this location is abyssmal as well, the staff are constantly joking around in the back or taking smoke breaks when the lines through the parking lot. Management doesnt care about the concerns customers bring up either. Overall, if you want to get shafted without lube, come here.

  Lately have complaints regarding early morning or late night visits.. ridiculously slow/long wait even if short drive thru line. Can't have order pickup curbside :/ Often get our items wrong, even simple stuff,.when mobile ordered McChicken, got hot n spicy patty. Or, they r out of something we order on the app and they misinform me to try to get a refund via the app cuz they can't refund order (not true, and they r supposed to be on point with inventory/out of stock info on app so u don't pay for food you can't get). They are usually nice and friendly though (not the morning manager lady too much) and probably are working with what they got, so to speak. Thanks 👍🏼
