  This location has terrible wait times, gives orders to the wrong people, tells delivery workers to "go figure it out" when employees give away the drivers orders to the wrong person. No respect for people's time or money. Completely disorganized pick up system and rude staff who whispers together instead of communicating clearly what is happening, who is there picking up and what they are there for. It needs a whole management refresher.

  Waited 15 minutes (actual) for a simple walk-in order of biscuit sandwich and large coffee. My sandwich sat getting cold for 5 minutes waiting for someone to poor the damn coffee. I've never seen a kitchen in such absolute disarray. 8-10 orders bagged and sitting waiting to be finished. Manager having to ask people to do things 4 and 5 times. Middle-aged black dude standing in back messing around on his cellphone. The floor in front of the counter was soo greasy it was a slip-fall waiting to happen.

  The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was delicious and the hash browns crispy to perfection. The hot and the iced coffee was great. The employee that took our order also brought it to our table and it had everything we asked for on the tray. Price is so reasonable! We will be back.

  Went to get dinner with my family and decided McDonald's for something quick and cheaper than every where else but apparently today was not a good idea for that. We had to park out front and wait for our food which was odd because they weren't all that busy but I understood that sometimes it happens so it wasn't a big deal, but then when we pulled around we sat waiting for our food for 10-15 minutes after parking and then when the kid came out with our food he had no idea what car he was looking for which tells me that they had absolutely little to no communication about what I was in, and then when he finally found what car was mine and asked me about my order he didn't say what the order was at all he said "is this yours?" So I replied I don't know what's the order and then proceeded to tell me the order number that I did not know since I used my mobile app so everything on the screen said my name. I ended up having to turn the bag to read my own order to confirm that it was infact mine due to him not having the correct communication between employee and customer. When we got home to eat the food was barely warm due to him walking around outside looking for the car. Very disappointed in the service and the food.

  Yall. Please. It’s been more than once I DoorDash a fillet o fish and twice now I received some dry set of buns with a fish patty in between, the cheese is barely even on the sandwhich, if it’s even on there at all, and why on gods green earth is it that I ask for EXTRA tartar sauce and I get what seems like a poot and crumb of tartar sauce. Mind you; same exact situation with this product more than twice. Please for the love of god I get inflation is rising but people are paying an extra .50 cents for SAUCE, and apparently I pay an extra .75 cents for nothing. Don’t even get me started on the Spicy McCrispys.
