- SWShana WApr 4, 20262.0I have visited both locations on Commercial Street in Salem, OR. And they sometimes get the orders correct, but we are frequently missing items that were ordered. I have also used DoorDash for delivery, and the bags are sealed completely. However, items are sometimes missing, so I know the store has forgotten to include them. Nevertheless, DoorDash is great and takes care of the issue by refunding. McDonald's needs to do better. Double-check to make sure all items paid for are given to the customer whether at drive-through or given to a delivery person.

Apparently this particular store does not take any coupons. Regardless, no customer should ever be treated the way we were. We left and went to the other McDonald's at 5090 Commercial St. SE. They are friendly and accept coupons.
