  Drive thru service is always super friendly which is nice but if you go inside, they may seem friendly but you can tell it's not genuine and i think it's because they don't want to take your order... they want you to use the kiosk they have to order the food yourself but for me, that thing is complicated and takes too much time when I can easily just tell the cashier what I want. I've even gone in there (I go quite often seeing as I live a few blocks from it and my kids love it), and an employee literally pointed at the kiosk and told me to order on that. I was dumbfounded. He did end his sentence with "but let me know if you need any help". OK but wouldn't that be the point in the first place? To help me with my order NOT on the kiosk?? And no surprise there i had a hard time cuz it wouldn't take my rewards and I couldn't substitute a specific thing in a meal and more. Those things suck. I'm 39 and have a hard time. I couldn't imagine a senior trying to deal with it. Definitely doesn't make my day. Also, they seem to park drive thru quite a bit often even for a small order like a large fry or mcchicken. I get it cuz we've all worked fast food at one point in our lives and sometimes we park cars cuz the person behind has their order ready first. But they park A LOT. I'm hesitant now using the drive thru cuz it's an annoyance to be parked all the time. All the spots will be filled too meaning you're going to have to wait even longer for your order and that's if they even locate the right vehicle. It was just last week I was parked but this time i felt the need to say 'don't forget about me' because yes, it's happened and when you have hangry kids screaming in the back wanting their food, it's not a fun time. My recommendation is if you CAN avoid this McDonald's, do so but in all reality, aren't they all pretty much the same?? So in my mind, I know that any McDonald's i go to, is honestly going to suck. That's my opinion and I hope this helps!

  WORSE SERVICE !! They feel attacked when I corrected the wrong order they gave me. I don't think it was necessary to yell while sorting the wrong order. It created an argument over a small issue that can be fixed. Manager was there not professional enough to step up and sort the problem. It's sad and shame to treat customers like that. I didn't get my sandwich with no refund because I chose to. Their worse service is not worth my time. HOPEFULLY THIS LOCATION HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES WITH GOOD WORK ETHIC!!!

  I ordered an iced caramel coffee, but it was made wrong, there was no creamer in it, it was basically just dark coffee. I also had to wait a long time for my order even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Pretty disappointing experience.

  I was passing through here, stopped in to satisfy my hunger, and they made me a very fresh burger and fries, I highly recommend these guys
