I didn’t taste much of the “Cajun” in it. It only tasted like pepper and a bit of saltiness but the crispy part is light and crunchy. However when I got there around 11:30am there was barely any chicken put out so maybe a fresh batch would taste good perhaps it might but otherwise it’s definitely a bit more better than KFC and Popeyes to be honest. Mashed potatoes on the other hand is meh… a bit weird taste to it. Sorry…
