  Went there for my birthday freebie with purchase which I did through the app. I brought my son with me who ordered via online. We were both in the car. Anyhow, after explaining I’m here to pickup my mobile order and my sons. After we got to the drive thru pick up window, the girl automatically was sassy. She said my son has to physically go inside the store to pick his up even tho we were both in the car. It’s the sassy part that was annoying about the situation. Anyhow, I go again a few days later because I wanted to get another freebie i had as an offer on the app. Well, it’s now a different girl and she was just as bad as the other girl. I’m rating one star because positive customer service should be number one in any customer service job. Teach these workers that customer service will go a long way. I won’t be returning at this particular store in case I decide to maybe eat at Wendy’s in the future.

  Service was not friendly at all! Pouring rain out and the drive-thru window has NO awning so Everything and Everyone gets soaked;

  My aunt drinks tlunsweatened ice tea. The last two times we went, she.was given.tea that didn't look like. My aunt was told that they got a new brand of tea and it looks different from the previous tea. My aunt had a sip and said there was no tea in her tea, it tasted like water. The second trip, my aunt asked if they still had their new "tea", they did. She ordered the tea again, hoping there would be tea in it, but still water flavored. When she told the worker, she said the tea will always be that tea from now on. She also said she gets complaints about it a lot. Not helpful. We'll never go there again for tea.

  I stopped in about 7 pm, October 13. There was 2 guys that didn't seem to give a shit about me being there. I immediately decided I didn't want to order at that time. I asked to be let into the restroom to wash my hands. I came out and one of the guys was laying his head on the counter like he didn't want to deal with a walk in. He asked for my order. I told him I'll take my business down to Del Taco. He didn't seem to care. I've been in this store several time's during the day shift and had great service and quality meals. Your night shift sucks. I'm sorry. I get the feeling that I was profiled because I had a backpack on. I work hard at a job full time. No car. I get around on the bus. I'm not a homeless bum.
