When I tried to get help, I was ignored for an incredibly long time. I asked for a manager, and despite being told one would come, no one appeared. Eventually, they did process a refund, but it was only after a long wait and repeated neglect. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. I feel for the drive-thru customers who won’t realize the quality until it’s too late. This location definitely needs corporate attention. I won’t be returning.
