  This location is completely broken down. They have a partially assembled coffee maker that has never been in use in the several times I have visited. Even in the morning. The drink area is completely broken down and deserted. Brown veggies and overall the atmosphere is very poor. Not sure how this store is still open. The employees have been nice, but something has got to be done with the store.

  Both locations have crap customer service here in West salem. I'm pretty sure it's the same owner. Don't go here if you want any of the workers to make eye contact with you.

  I would like to give tray at the Wallace rd subway for helping me out. He has my 2 thumbs and the thumbs of my family and my guess so that's 10 thumbs up for being such a nice guy and helping me out

  I’m a frequent costumer and I decided not to be coming back to this subway until Tuesday I decided to give subway another chance and an employee named James was being very disrespectful and this hasn’t been the first and has been rude to his coworkers and I don’t believe I would be coming back to this subway and I will be taking an extra long walk to a different location
