  Subs are quite small compared to other locations. Almost to the point of being a ripoff.

  I went in here the other day and the people were friendly and made me a good sandwich.

  If I can give this place ZERO stars I would! Horrific customer service! Got into an argument with the supposed owner of the company who put three tiny little rings of olives in my sandwich. I asked for extra. He told me; "I can't do that. You see?" and showed me a photo of how many ingredients they can put in each sandwich. I told him that I would pay for extra toppings and that's when he said; "We can't do that because there is no option for us to put that in the system". I was in shock as you can imagine! He then proceeded to tell me that he had to shut down 2 other restaurants for giving out too many toppings and added that Subway is the only franchise that offers more toppings compared to Fire House Subs, Jersey Mike's, and Jimmy Johns. I told him "No! You are skimpy with your toppings, and this place will shut down just like your other restaurants with the way you run your business!" He argued with me for 25 minutes! Never, ever, ever again will I come back here! Awful customer service and they don't care to take care of customers! BYE!!!

  Worst subway in the Salem area. Received my mobile order today.. I got half the amount of meat, cheese, and vegetables that are normally on it when I go in, in person. This is not a cheap item either. I pay over $10 for this wrap. And should measure up to a foot long in the amount of meat and items that go into it. Super disappointed and will not be spending my money here anymore. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS. A WRAP IS EQUAL TO A FOOTLONG.
