I wasn’t upset at first because mistakes happen. I wasn’t looking for a refund. I was willing to spend more gas to go back down there to pick up the actual sandwich I ordered. When I called the store, they told me that I had to wait until the morning. I said “what do you mean I have to wait until the morning? this is the dinner I ordered tonight.” He said his manager has instructed him to not to make my sandwich. And I can speak to his manager in the morning. I’m over here questioning what I did. I just placed an online order and paid like any other paying customer. I went on the app to see if I could get my refund and just never return to this location again, but there is NO WHERE on the app to put in an issue about your recent order. Won’t be getting Subway anymore. I should’ve read the comments.
