She was very rude, loud, and the employee looked upset and hurt afterwards. A few minutes later, it’s like shes a new person and I see her socializing with someone’s kid nicely as if she didn’t just yell at someone’s son over something. Found out shes one of the assistant managers there from a different worker. Why is this ok??

The cook that had made the order bad mouthed the lady helping me and then walked away and said I can't do anything about it. I then picked up my second order. Not only did they screw up my platter again.They added platters to my order. Thank God the parties worked out.But I would not recommend this store for any food platters.

If there is a sale for specific item forget finding it in this store. I can never get a slot for pick Up and delivery from this place either. I live right by this store and place 99% of my orders at the store on Center St which stays WAY busier. Everything about this store is kind of pathetic from the staff to how dirty it is.
