I havent been so embarrassed as I was today in a very long time, I came in to pick up an Uber order and the employee who "helped" me was so rude I left in tears, I didnt get her name but she was an older woman, short with a long gray ponytail. I am disabled by a laboral hip tear that hurts terribly especially when it's cold. I forgot my parking permit in my other car so I had to find parking close and walk up to the door which apparently took 7min... This angry woman proceeded to yell "can I help you?" Very aggressively which made me pause for a second, I told her the names and she again, very loudly yelled "oh we've been waiting for you" as she gave me an ugly scowl, I said I was sorry to which she replied "it says you got here 7min ago" as loud as you possibly could customers turn to look at me and I was so embarrassed my face turned red and I honestly cannot believe how aggressively loudly and rudely I was being spoken to, I didn't feel the need to voice my disability to everyone who was listening, I'm sorry that I forgot my placard and it took me 7 minutes to find parking and walk up to the door I didn't realize it would ruin somebody's days to the extent that a person would treat someone the way that she treated me I was so embarrassed, she threw the bags in the cart and then just walked away with a huff... I was honestly in shock for a few minutes when I sat in my car and kind of just started to cry because I've never been somebody that had to be spoken to about time management I've always been an athlete and on time and very efficient this really got to me because it was my disability that slowed me down and I'm having a hard time with it. I hope that maybe this will result in her being spoken to, there's absolutely no way that somebody that works with customers and customer service should be addressing people like that the second they walk in the door.

Terrible service is now the norm, especially through self check out. This is becoming consistent so we will avoid shopping here from now on. We've been bringing our teen child, who is African American and Autistic, here weekly to work on shopping skills FOR THREE YEARS NOW. The woman wearing a turkey hat WHO IS VERY FAMILIAR WITH US kept squeezing herself between our child and the register USING NO manners and from what I could see, was "verifying" we were not stealing. Which is fine, but use some tact! Even when another associate, who was obviously higher ranking, had handled helping us to remove an unwanted item at the end of scanning turkey hat woman AGAIN insisted on barreling over and AGAIN squeezing herself between our sensory sensitive child UNNECESSARILY AND WITHOUT an "excuse me" or any type of communication as if she was so frantic and certain she was going to catch something the other person missed. What is happening to this store? I sure hope it's isolated.

On Saturday, My friend and I (both of us are latinas) went in for some last minute shopping and the cashier Cameron was rude. There was a white lady in front of us and he was acting very nice towards her but once we were next in line he didn’t even greeted us. At first we didn’t cared until he proceeded to split the bill even though I didn’t agreed to because I just told my friend to Zelle me. He didn’t even apologize or anything and just proceeded in keeping the transaction as it is. And to make things worse he didn’t even offer putting our items in shopping bags. I’m really hoping this employee gets a better training when it comes to costumer service regardless of their skin color. Very disappointed.

We came in today with a prescription from the hospital, because my best friend was out of insulin and her doctor was out.The pharmacist who goes by daa when above and beyond calling insurance is calling the hospital trying to get the prescription modified. To make it work for her so that she could take insulin home and not end up in the hospital. And not end up in the hospital dka my best friend was very upset. And the pharmacist's first concern was to calm her down and tell her that she was going to do all that she could. This pharmacist went out of her way.A hundred percent and got the prescription filled for her.If I could give more than five stars, I would

Run away from the pharmacy here. They are the most disrespectful staff on the earth and do a great job at making you feel like the inconvenience. I have never met customer service that has such distain for their customers. It is unbelievable. I don’t know what makes the technicians or the pharmacist to have such a crappy attitude and be so unhelpful and not want to take the time to help their customers.
