  We saw these disgusting looking lights hanging right over the food and turned around and walked out. We love Qdoba food but after seeing these filthy cobweb covered lights right over the open food, I will have that image burned into memory for a while.

  This Qdoba has significantly cut down on their portions.. I would rather have prices increase than the ridiculous small portions they are serving.. they also only serve the kids meal into 1 taco instead of the tray as before.. but I said nope I want the stuff on the side.. got maybe a tablespoon of chicken. They were visibly annoyed.. guess we will choose Chipotle next time. Boooo Qdoba

  I ordered on the App. One, it didn’t tell me when my food was delivered, two my drink was not delivered. I called the restaurant and then I had to give them my number because they were gonna talk to their manager. Their manager called me back And tried to say that I had to talk to DoorDash. I told them I ordered it on their app not the DoorDash app and I got no notification about food being delivered and my Drink is missing. And now they’re gonna work on seeing what they can do. I may just have to order through DoorDash from now on because somebody in that location doesn’t know how to do their job. Normally, I don’t give bad reviews or mediocre reviews, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with them. I just thought I’d give them another chance.

  After spending about 4 hours doordashing to get some food for tonight, me and my partner order some food through the Qdoba app about an hour before they close. As we’re pulling up it says that the order declined but the money was still taken from our bank account. I go inside hoping it went through anyway since it took the money out, but when I go up to the counter they didn’t have any online orders. I explain to the manager (her name was Stella) that I placed the order, it said the transaction declined, and the money was taken from our account anyway. I show her my phone that still has the declined screen up for my order and then I show her the transaction on my bank account showing that the money was in fact taken out for the food. She asked me what the name was for the order and then went in the back of house for a bit before coming back with an ipad and showing me the most recent online orders that have gone through which didn’t include ours. She says that since our order isn’t there that there’s nothing she can do. I say again that it took the money for the food still even if it didn’t go through on your end. She asked me when we ordered it, I told her we ordered it 10 minutes ago and she pretty much said there’s nothing she could do again. Knowing i’m not getting my food at this point, I ask how long their refunds take so I know when I should be getting my money back. She tells me that she’s not sure if i’ll get a refund or how long it’ll take because it depends on my bank and then says that it’s not on them. I went back to our car and told my partner what happened and they went in to talk to them to see if they would help but the manger told them the same thing. I’ve never had a bad experience at Qdoba until now and they’re usually very accommodating when there are issues. But spending $25 on food and having an issue like this, I walked in and was expecting actual help. But instead we were made to feel like we were to blame for their own app not working correctly.

  Portions are worse than chiptole maybe its because I came in late but paying 11 dollars for a bowl only to get the bare minimum.
