  Edgewater & Wallace Rd NW salem. Im not sure why but every time I try to contact this stiore by phone with ?s they NEVER ansr the phone! They ALWAYS STOP TAKING ORDERS 'BEFORE' CLOSE! SUCKS! I NEVER HAVE ISSUES WITH 'DOMINOS !'

  One of the main reasons for the 3 star rating is this location doesn't always follow with promotions advertising that corporate puts out, leading to conflict in prices

  This location is the worst. I placed an order in February that was completely wrong on top of being cold and looked like it had been dropped on the ground. When I called to complain the female I spoke with claimed to be the manager and said she couldn't issue a refund only a credit onto my account to use in the future. Now, 8 months later I place a carry out order (I've delayed ordering here for so long because of the bad experience last time) and select pay in store so I can have the credit applied. When the woman comes to the counter I explain to her the situation and she makes several comments about how "weird" it is I dont have a credit in my account and that she is the only female manager. This essentially means a. She's accusing me of lying about the credit on my account and b. She lied to me back in February about adding the credit to my account because she insists she's the only female manager. I was very calm snd respectful even pulled up my email with my last order and she begrudgingly credited me the 19 dollars on my 28 dollar order. It's not like I was asking for 100+ dollars. The service is horrible and they are very rude and the food isnt even good quality. Save yourself the energy and money and order ANYWHERE else.

  I honestly don’t even know where to begin. The experience I had here was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. Several employees made rude and offensive comments about my appearance, including remarks about how “ghetto” I looked. As a Black woman, I was humiliated, isolated, and shocked that a place I have supported for years could allow such disrespectful and discriminatory behavior. To make matters worse, the condition of the restaurant was appalling. The floor tiles were filthy and cracked, the equipment in the back appeared rusty and neglected, and I even noticed a few dead cockroaches around the place. It genuinely looked like this place hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years. When I finally received my pizza, it was undercooked, greasy, and had an awful smell, almost like spoiled cheese. It’s honestly concerning that this establishment continues to operate and pass inspections under these conditions. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this location altogether. If you want decent service, clean facilities, and food that’s safe to eat, you’re much better off ordering from the Pizza Hut on Lancaster Dr NE in Salem.
