Didn’t check for this at the store when I picked up the pizza, so had to drive 20 minutes back to get my pizza remade and ACTUALLY clean cut. This isn’t the first time that it’s happened so I’m not sure why they have “clean cut” as an option if not to follow it when requested. I often have issues with quality and/or mushrooms, which comes with the territory anyways with an allergy. I just feel like it’s been a lot more frequent in recent months. I want to love this Papa John’s because it’s the only one nearby, and usually the people behind the counter are kind, but it seems like every time we go here there’s a new issue. While they’ll usually remake with no complaints, it’s frustrating to have this happen every single time. We just want a correct pizza. TLDR; When the food is correct, it’s usually pretty good. I would just advise to make sure you’re fully checking your order for accuracy, quality, and especially if you have any kind of allergy or special request.

No joke, I placed it and they said they were making it at 11:08 and I didn’t get it delivered until 12:30am. For 2 easy things- best part was it was gross. The bread was so stale in the cinnabites and the garlic bread wasn’t much better, hard as a rock I hate splurging on 3rd party delivery apps but felt confident doing so for Papa John’s. Safe to say I was disappointed
