All three times i have not even been acknowledged being at the counter till someone brings a complaint to the staff. Which takes them time to.address. On average it has taken between 15 and 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break to get acknowledged and order my food. I have complained to the manager on duty same one all three times younger white lady with long brown hair. All three times i have gotten excuses from her as to why its taken so long. To me the.management staff needs replaceced or either the inside or one of the double drive thrus closed. If lack of employees to take care of both
