  Lately have complaints regarding early morning or late night visits.. ridiculously slow/long wait even if short drive thru line. Can't have order pickup curbside :/ Often get our items wrong, even simple stuff,.when mobile ordered McChicken, got hot n spicy patty. Or, they r out of something we order on the app and they misinform me to try to get a refund via the app cuz they can't refund order (not true, and they r supposed to be on point with inventory/out of stock info on app so u don't pay for food you can't get). They are usually nice and friendly though (not the morning manager lady too much) and probably are working with what they got, so to speak. Thanks 👍🏼

  Came in at 4am on 3/9. Pulled up to drive through and asked if they had the chicken sandwich available. Replied "we don't have dinner right now, have a good day" and then turned off the intercom. I would have ordered breakfast I was just checking to see what was available

  I come here at least once a week and they always manage to get my order wrong. Today they had us pull up and wait 5 minutes to bring the food out and still forgot an item. Didn’t have time to wait anymore so we left. It’s very disappointing!

  Always out of something Good luck getting fast service at night. Employees are in and out of the restaurant on smoke breaks and could care less. I’ve come before with a drive up order and waited 35 minutes for a mcchicken, large fries , and nuggets. Today I Came for cookies. There weren’t any made so they told me sorry no cookies rn . I said .. okay ? How lot of a wait for them ? I only came for cookies . They repeated “there are none made” which wasn’t my question. I had to ask if they are just out of stock period or they just need to make them . They said it would take 10 minutes . Like I had said in the beginning when I first asked for cookies I responded “that’s fine . I’m okay with waiting” seemed annoyed . I’m annoyed . seriously need new employees

  Worst place ever. The cashier they had tonight. Literally argued with a disabled veteran Calling him a lier he paid with a 50 dollar bill and she told him no they literally stole from the disabled veteran Then on top of that the manger seem like she didn't even care And there employees were very. Rude and literally arguing with him and they didn't even give him his food he ordered So not only they stoled his money called him a lier they didn't even give him the stuff he ordered
