  Worst McDonald's experience of my life! We brought kids in with coupons for free icecream cones. Theresa, the manager, was SO rude! Apparently this particular store does not take any coupons. Regardless, no customer should ever be treated the way we were. We left and went to the other McDonald's at 5090 Commercial St. SE. They are friendly and accept coupons.

  Ice cream cones could have bee. Made better and i would like to see people working the windows wearing gloves to handle cones.

  This was an interesting case. My friend got a double quarter pounder, bless him. And when he received it it was mostly raw with a little browning on the top and bottom, so I'm saying that the clamshell grill requires evaluation. He told them that it was raw, and they reviewed it and promptly agreed to remake the burger, I suggested they bring the grill down twice so it was well done. I suggest everyone do this regardless because it tastes way better that way, try it. He also received fries and stated they were cold and not fresh, in reality they were slightly warm. I'd recommend recalibrating the headlamp for the fry station. He asked for them to be remade fresh, and the older lady employee respectfully agreed. So the bottom line is that there were issues and those issues were promptly and respectfully resolved. Good people, great staff. You can not say that about all McDonald's...
