  I was pulled around front for two McChicken’s and was sitting in my car for 10 minutes before I decided to go inside to check on my food and it was just sitting on the counter. No one brought it out to me.

  This was an interesting case. My friend got a double quarter pounder, bless him. And when he received it it was mostly raw with a little browning on the top and bottom, so I'm saying that the clamshell grill requires evaluation. He told them that it was raw, and they reviewed it and promptly agreed to remake the burger, I suggested they bring the grill down twice so it was well done. I suggest everyone do this regardless because it tastes way better that way, try it. He also received fries and stated they were cold and not fresh, in reality they were slightly warm. I'd recommend recalibrating the headlamp for the fry station. He asked for them to be remade fresh, and the older lady employee respectfully agreed. So the bottom line is that there were issues and those issues were promptly and respectfully resolved. Good people, great staff. You can not say that about all McDonald's...

  It's a McDonalds. If you're expecting anything else, go somewhere else. Good for what it is.

  The location at 4020 commercial street opens at 5am but they never turn on the light M signs making it hard to see this location in the dark. This is a consistent issue, I get my order and have to tell them the light is off. My guess is that it's easier on the morning crew if no one knows they are open

  This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s location is Salem. The restaurant is always filthy dirty. You can’t find a clean table in the place and the floors are extremely dirty. I’ve almost fallen down a couple of times because the floor was so slippery. They don’t keep the ketchup stocked and keep the straws behind the counter. If you need either, they will ignore you and make you wait. It’s almost impossible to get anyone to acknowledge you when standing up at the counter. The food is hit or miss with the freshness but that’s pretty common for most locations that I’ve been to.
