  I went through the drive thru. My food was hot, my special request was done perfectly, and the staff were great! The staff were all smiling, polite, and way more professional than most places these days. Thank you!!

  Don’t go here. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, got home and took a bite bit only to find that the meat patties are completely raw. Absolutely disgusted and just hoping I don’t get sick.

  Went through the drive through. We got everything we ordered,but not how we requested (eg. onions, pickles and cheese when we requested none). It tasted decent for fast food.

  Sweet play place... went there from Roseburg specifically & was not disappointed. Also went to the dispensary right next door beforehand...coulda been why it seemed so chill...

  Every single time I go to this McDonald's every single person seems like they are just there and would rather be somewhere else. They sound like Zombies when they talk to you its all in a low monotone voice... if this Mcds was not close to my work I would not go here. Horrible customer service especially morning shifts. Ive been to every McDonald's in Salem and this location takes the cake for low quality service.
