    Every single time I go to this McDonald's every single person seems like they are just there and would rather be somewhere else. They sound like Zombies when they talk to you its all in a low monotone voice... if this Mcds was not close to my work I would not go here. Horrible customer service especially morning shifts. Ive been to every McDonald's in Salem and this location takes the cake for low quality service.

    My mom ordered thru the phone and me and sister went to pick it up, when we got there they told us they were making it, 25 minutes past and we went to check in. Afterwards they said the person that ordered thru the phone had to be there and we weren’t able to get our order.

    Very clean restaurant including bathrooms. Everyone was kind and helpful. The Play structure was really nice to see as well. Wish all McDonald's had play structures.

    I have been here quite a few times and evey time I regret it. Terrible employees. Food is Terrible. Worst McDonald's I've been to.
