- JHJoy HagarDec 28, 20251.0They tried to KILL my significant other. I ordered 2 diet cokes with my 2 large big Mac meals and they gave me 1 regular coke and 1 diet not to mention the patties were still frozen. My significant other has diabetes and luckily I know how to administer his insulin as he was going in and out and about to fully pass out. I went back with the receipt as they said for my refund and one of the managers asked for the pin and the actual debit card so I just left since they don’t need the pin to my card for a refund. I called corporate and they said to go back to the store for my refund. I did and explained to a different manager with my receipt that they got the order wrong and that my significant other almost had to go to the ER and she rudely said not my problem. She also got in my face and yelled for me to leave. I left and now I have been trespassed from this location for standing up for my significant other when he has autism as well as diabetes. I also have disabilities as well so they do discriminate against those who have disabilities. I definitely wouldn’t go here and I do think they need to be shut down for this.

- NCNoah ChappelNov 16, 20251.0Ordered two snack wraps in drive thru we got one which was cold and hard and taste like the chicken was sitting out for hours then ended up waiting 20 minutes for the second one for one item. We told manager and she couldn’t do anything about it and was very unprofessional. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. If I could rate less then one stars I would for all categories.
