- RCRexwin Ceasar2 days ago1.0I ordered an iced caramel coffee, but it was made wrong, there was no creamer in it, it was basically just dark coffee. I also had to wait a long time for my order even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Pretty disappointing experience.

No smiles, long wait times for something so easy. And worse, the people just don't seem like helping. That is really what makes it the worst. I say this as a previous fast food worker... THIS PLACE REPRESENTS THE DEATH OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
