First time I got a refund more than 30 minutes later because they hadn't even started cooking my food. Second time it took 23 minutes and I had to complain again, and literally point to my food bag on their counter and ask them to give it to me. Third time there were zero other people in the store and it took 15 minutes to get my food, and I again had to ask for a refund before they gave me my food which was apparently sitting on their inside counter. This seems to be one of those locations that clears all the orders to show them complete, just to make their numbers look better to corporate. So if you order in store, you have to actually complain and have an argument to even get your order. Worst McD's I've been to ever
