  I pulled up to the 2nd lane, there were no signs or anything stating that it wasn't operational, in fact there were multiple signs telling me "any lane" but I watched 3 people place their orders in lane 1, and then I started speaking loudly into the speaker tower with no response. I was just plain ignored. Then I pulled up next to the people in front paying for their order while the window was open, and hollered at the drive thru lady, who continued to ignore me, and there was no chance she didn't hear me because I was very loud. It was like they were pretending I didn't exist. I haven't felt so disrespected in years. I will NEVER go back there again as long as I live.

  They ignore counter people many times. Recently there was two times for me.One I waited twenty three minutes to order, another fifteen minutes for a small cup of coffee and a cheeseburger. The second time I waited eighteen minutes to order two small coffees and thirteen minutes to get them not real hot and with coffee grounds. If i'm gonna have a coffee bean in my coffee.I would prefer to be a frappuccino with caramel, swirls and a entire bean poked into the top of the whipped cream not as grounds floating around my cup. The ice creams are not up to mcdonald's training.And the expectation of uniformity. But the most upsetting for me was the person who identified herself as the manager.And wouldn't ask if she was a shift manager or store manager.She said store manager which is funny.Because I just met the store manager, and it was a male. She had a drink on the sideboard for food was being made and would set it down without washing hands.Start in on food package it up.Hand it out again without washing hands.Start up again and today there were two drinks on the sideboard.Where food was being made and packaged. The first photo shows today, whether there were two drinks, and what looks like a bag of chips partially eaten. Pictures 2,3 & 4 were all the woman who self identified as the manager while drinking online as she was packaging and delivering food. She took my money, put it in the cash.Register made change and then proceeded to empty a fry.Basket refill it with frozen fries where she gave a short jiggle with her fingertips unwashed, and then dropped in the fire, which presumably would take care of all germs.Then, added the salt and started bagging up small, medium and large fries. This is absolutely unacceptable.

  Food was wrong order, by the time we got home, we were too tired to go back. We had ordered , and paid for 2double quarter pounders,and ended up with a couple of cheeseburgers and 1 small order of fries. By
