Excellent customer service, Nathaniel was very helpful, plus the new pizza sandwiches are fire. The atmosphere was welcoming and they were playing jams anyone could enjoy. 👌

Nathanial and another man at 5:20 pm helped me and was very polite and patient when it took me longer to order as I originally planned to go to another place to get food but ended up here and was delightfully surprised with the customer service and the food. They were playing bangers too 🎶 they know their cheese 🧀 overall great guys working, give them a raise!!

We did an online order a couple days ago. One was for a pepperoni sub and the other was the toasted ultimate italian. But my fiance does not like ham, so shortly after placing the order I walked in the store and asked them if they could leave the ham off and replace it with the capacola. The employee said they have to charge me for substitution of the meat. I said I would pay the difference but then she got confused and started asking me if I wanted more capacola since I am taking the ham off and I said I want the capacola that cam ewith the sandwich and the extra capacola that I'm substituting the ham with which is what I asked in the first place. Then she got more confused and asked me if I still wanted the salami and all the other meat on the sandwich. And I said of course. I didn't understand how the conversation went from substitution of one kind of meat to asking me if I wanted the other meat taken off. And to make a longer story short when my fiance finally ate the sandwich. She said the peppers were not evenly distributed, she did not get extra mayo and it hardly had any mayo on the sandwich, it hardly had any cheese or tomato, and it didnt have much of any white onion. I did do some research and yes it is company policy to pay extra for meat substitution but the employee should of asked if we still wanted the ham packed up to go since technically we already paid for that ham because it came on the sandwich. No employees in there had name tags and the employee who helped me was a younger woman maybe late teens with deep purple hair and a pierced nose(septum) and tatoos for the purpose of identification in case anybody wants to know. I think next time we will go to the Jimmy John's on the other side of lancaster. This was poor customer service.
