  If you like to wait 20+ minutes for a smoothie than this is your spot. I’ve never been to a Jamba that takes this long, like seriously how hard is it to blend a few ingredients?

  This Jamba always has only one person working and at least three people waiting for their order while three more people are in line. Not only is it not the way to run a business but the safety concern is there as well. There should not be one person left to run the entire establishment by themselves on such a regular basis.

  I quit going to jamba when the prices jumped dramatically. I very rarely go when a friend of mine requests one, but after my last visit I am done. Its expensive, and the service at the west salem store is indifferent and borderline rude. I also think I may have ordered as someone got fired? I was told in a very sarcastic voice that I was his last customer ever, and the other girl behind the counter practically threw my drinks at me without telling me which was which. For what they charge id rather not feel like an inconvenience, so I simply wont be back.

  I get ripped off every time I buy an açaí primo bowl from the west Salem location. Every other location fills the bowl but for some reason this location consistently fills the bowl half way or less. Such a rip off

  Horrible customer service. Order from there every other for my staff and family. The girls at this location were rude, disrespectful, and very very unprofessional. A banana is a banana fresh frozen it’s a banana. So no banana means no banana. Thank you!
