The fact that I can have grilled onions and grilled jalapeños on my burger 🍔 top notch 5 guys!!! My kids love the peanuts while waiting for a burger and the make your own coke machines are a huge hit with them. That's not even speaking to the mountain of fries that are made fresh and from actual potatoes not a frozen bag. This place is on the pricier side as far as fast food would be concerned but I view them more as a modern take on the classic diner so the cost is appropriate when you look at the slop you get from many places these days due to the cost to provide the quality they do.

I asked the only 2 managers (male) for assistance and they acted as if I was an inconvenience…& I totally understand I’d hate to deal with costumers when it’s that busy! 😭 I do want to say and praise the female that did help and assisted me! She offered a milkshake which I’m grateful for as I did ask for a refund but it was more than amazing. That’s the type of person y’all should be giving raises too! She deserves a black shirt! Wish I caught miss girls name! Thank you!

Claimed to be the manager yet did not know how to help me cancel an order, did not know how to work the app, did not know the # to customer service and said I had to figure it out and refused to give me her name. I’m gutted because I used to love this place but I will not be a returning customer. For someone to be in a management position and not know basic information about the restaurant YOU manage is absolutely embarrassing.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
