I gave Dutch Bros another shot, and this visit was a totally different experience. The staff was friendly and upbeat, the vibe was fun, and my drink was actually made the way I asked this time (dirty, flavorful, and not bland). Huge difference. They were stocked, things ran smoothly, and it finally clicked why people love this place. Bonus points for the pup cup — still a hit with my dog. Glad I tried again. Sometimes first visits miss the mark, but this one earned the five stars. ⭐️⭐️ — Wanted to love it, but… nope. Tried Dutch Bros for the first time today and honestly? Bit of a letdown. I’d heard they do a free drink for first-timers, but that didn’t happen. Strike one. Then they were out of the nog I came for — I was ready for a holiday chai-nog latte. Ended up with a gingerbread something that wasn’t even made dirty like I asked, so it came out pretty blah. And the snickerdoodles I wanted to try? Also out. My dog did enjoy the pup cup, so credit where it’s due. But for $11, I should’ve left happy too. Guess I’ll stick with my tried-and-true Starbucks — at least I know what I’m getting.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
