I’ve been going to this stand specifically because they seem to be the most consistent. However, these last two weeks, consistency has been terrible, like Dunkin Donuts coffee type of terrible. I got an ice cold brew with chocolate and peppermint on Sunday, loved it, it was delicious, perfect, was sad when I finished it. Came in again on Tuesday bc class was cancelled and I was wanting another delicious coffee. Same exact order, but it just wasn’t the same. Oh well, it happens. Come in again today, same exact order, and unfortunately I didn’t taste it until I got home. It’s borderline undrinkable. The flavors are off, I can’t tell if it’s too strong or what, and there’s this other weird other taste that I don’t like that I don’t recognize and can’t place. The amount of soft top also varies greatly, the other day I had a full inch of soft top, today I had barely a dollop that didn’t even spread across the top all the way. It’s so frustrating to be excited for a drink, just to be let down and get something different every time, even though you order the exact same thing. When it’s good, it’s great, but is it so much to ask for to have at least a good drink every time?

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
